The SeaVenture Hotel is an exciting new concept that creates high profit waterfront rooms without the height cost of waterfront land. To be used as a floating hotel or underwater hotel or beach hotel or a sea habitat. A room addition to an existing hotel / resort located at or near protected beach hotel. Also a underwater restaurant or floating restaurant, Yacht, Yachting, Excitement,Fun,Romance, Romantic, Water Sports, Tropical, High Profit hotel, It can best be defined as a Stationary Ship Hotel or a beach hotel, bay hotel,adventure hotel. There are two different habitats, Caribbean :The 'Caribbean Design' is also a 'semi-submersible' because the bedrooms of all 12 units are below the water surface. It is a floating hotel or underwater hotel, beach hotel. This concept is by far the most practical and cost effective way to let hotel guests experience an overnight stay in a subsurface marine environment.
